Elections to Liverpool City Council were held on Saturday 1 November 1902.


A total of thirty-eight seats were up for election. Seven new seats were up for election for the first time : the third seat for the Anfield ward, and all three seats for each of the new wards of Aigburth and Garston.


Twenty of the thirty-eight seats were not contested.
