How to install the Catboost library for R on Google Cloud's Rstudio server?

I am trying to install the Catboost library for R on Google Cloud's RStudio server (for reference: https://tech.yandex.com/catboost/doc/dg/installation/r-installation-binary-installation-docpage/). (Note that Catboost cannot be simply installed with library(catboost) unfortunately.)

However, I encounter errors whenever I try to download the R binary with the following command. It seems like there is "No space left on device". I did not find any way to solve this issue (e.g. in my Google Cloud settings or anywhere in the RStudio server settings). I wonder if there is any way (at all?) to install Catboost on Rstudio server and I am glad about any tip from someone who managed to successfully do it somehow.

devtools::install_url('https://github.com/catboost/catboost/releases/download/v0.11.0/catboost-R-Linux-0.11.0.tgz', args = c("--no-multiarch"))

Error message:
