How can I get a waiver for duplicate booking?
Waiver code is badly needed because want to get a refund for the amount that she pay for the reservation with KLM.

In dealing with any sort of customer service issue with KLM, I've been successful in quickly being given what I wanted by contacting them via their twitter, they even show the wait time you can expect in the header.
