How to increase the number of results of Autosuggest Api from Cognitive Services

Is there a way to increase the number of results from Autosuggest Api of Azure Cognitive Services? Right now, it is just returning 10(just a guess) and looking at the documentation, there is not an option in the query to increase the returns.
