What's the possibility getting inventories units of all seller per asin?
May I know the method for api?
If not, how could the how many extension and inventory spy able to get such information?

I can tell you how they used to do it. The extension scraped the page you were currently on to get the ASIN, then it used the product advertising API to add that ASIN to a shopping cart with qty 999, then they scraped out the error message that said "only xxx in stock". I actually built my own version of this and it worked for several months until Amazon made a change and thwarted us all. I know some like Amzpecty got around it, but I have no idea what they do now.

You are not going to be able to get that information from Amazon MWS. There used to be several tools that used screen scraping and the Amazon product advertising API but amazon cracked down on those.
