Postgresql logical replication 'key already exists' error

0

Faced with an issue - on slave from time to time catch an error, that replication process cannot insert row into table with primary key because this id value already exists.

Select with this id returns 0 rows (so probably it was inserted but not committed)

Slave restart didn't help, same error again when replication starts.

So on this moment replication enters in infinite loop and stops.
Are there any clues how it might happen?

p.s. on slave no one has access to write except replication system user

p.p.s. I have a feeling like in wal this insert added twice. Is it possible? On prod database, this table has same structure, id generated via sequence, and it is primary key there too
