Do I need a transit visa in Frankfurt, Germany on the way to India? [duplicate]
1 answer
Do I need a visa to transit (or layover) in the Schengen area?
2 answers
I am traveling from US (SFO airport) to India with Lufthansa airlines, with an Indian passport and an expired H1B visa and I will get H1B visa re-stamping.
I have a stop in Frankfurt, Germany for 3 hours while flying to India, but the flights are from the same Terminal 1.
Do I need a transit visa for my trip from the USA to India?
And for my trip back to the USA, I don't require any transit visa as long as I have a valid USA H1B visa stamped, right?
