Google App Engine Error creating the Authorization Flow

My computer restarted unexpectedly deploying a Google App Engine Project using SpringMVC (Java) and Maven. Afterwards every time I try to deploy I get this error.
Error creating the Authorization Flow:
com.google.appengine.repackaged.org.codehaus.jackson.JsonParseException:
Unexpected character ('z' (code 122)): expected a valid value (number,
String, array, object, 'true', 'false' or 'null')
at [Source: java.io.FileInputStream@3b99972a; line: 1, column: 2]
I'm assuming something got corrupted when the computer restarted. I don't get the error when I deploy to localhost.
With that in mind I was thinking of deleting the related Google App Engine code, and reinstalling it. Is the Google App Engine SDK completely responsible for this, or is there other Google App Engine code I need to deal with?
I tried recloning my code, deleting the workspace, Maven -> Update Project, Then I clicked delete on the project (but not contents on disk), and went to File -> Import -> Maven -> Existing Maven Projects, deploying to different version of the site.
Any insight would greatly be appreciated.
