apr.lib(select.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _apr_poll_drain_wakeup_pipe
I am trying to compile Apache Log4cxx code with VS 2015. I had followed the steps as mentioned in the documentation.
https://github.com/aescande/log4cxxWin32
Three out of four projects has been compiled successfully after i had copied expat related file into apr-util folder. After that I just removed apr_dbd_freets.c reference in apr-util project file in order to skip the compilation error.
When I tried to compile last and main project (i.e. log4cxx), it showing linking error as mentioned below.
1>apr.lib(select.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _apr_poll_drain_wakeup_pipe
1>apr.lib(pollset.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _apr_poll_close_wakeup_pipe
1>apr.lib(pollset.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _apr_poll_create_wakeup_pipe
1>xml.lib(xmlparse.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __Expat_LoadLibrary
1>E:CPP2.Log4cxxprogramslog4cxxWin32-mastermsvc15binWin32Releaselog4cxx.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 4 unresolved externals
I tried to resolve the same with internet. But, it was unlucky. It will be helpful, if, I got a solution.
