Mpirun cannot find linked executable
I have an executable which I'd like to run in parallel. The path is: /usr/local/bin/pgmx/mytest
My run directory is ~/Desktop/rundir/
. In my rundir I link the executable with ln /usr/local/bin/pgmx/mytest mytest
.
This generates the error execvp error on file mytest (No such file or directory)
How could I resolve this?
mpi

what is your command line ? are you sure the link was correctly created ? you can only symlinks between different filesystems.
