Youtube iframe black bars around live stream

I'm using youtube to stream live video and display it on phones. My video is vertical 720x1280 (9:16) and it not displaying properly in iframe. Only stream record displaying normally. For example I'm just using iframe url and viewport emulator in Chrome: image here
