Tool to get list of tables and its columns in large SQL



I am doing impact analysis, need to identify tables and columns which are being used in SQL jobs as our source system is changed hence need to update the existing SQL jobs with new tables by removing old ones.
Few SQL are of 1000 lines, its very hard to go through it and find out tables and corresponding columns which are used there.



Is there any tool using which i can get the list of tables and its columns used in a sql.
