Is there any other method of storing agents other than in RackStore?

I have a manufacturing system of one station that processes incoming agents. There is a capacity for the queue of this machine and if the capacity is full, the agent will be sent to a storage area to wait for the queue to clear.
Besides using RackStore in the Process Modeling Library, are there any other ways to do it?

yes, many many ways... depending on the characteristics of your storage area... But if the storage area is a pallet rack... why would you want to use something different?

hmmm because if i use pallet racks, then I do not seem to be able to transport agents to conveyors using the "moveTo" block as opposed to "moveByTransporter". Would you suggest otherwise?
