How to set up certificates with Firebase and Cloudflare?

I have a site I'm hosting on Firebase and I have my DNS through Cloudflare. Things seem to be working except the browser warns that the connection may not be secure. Is it possible to configure this correctly or is it because Cloudflare only offers Universal (Shared) certificates?
Cloudflare also lets you create Origin Certificates but I don't know how to install those properly on Firebase and I don't know if that would solve the problem anyway.
