Define standardized font for entire word document

I have never used VBA in Word up to now, therefore I am a real amateur. I have a word document. This document will be filled from many different people. (it is a normal word, no form) In order to always have the same font, I would like to put a VBA code that one can only write a text in the document in e.g. "Arial" font. Can anybody tell me how to do that? I have really searched a lot on the internet, without any success.

Thank you so much!

Mike

  • Please take a moment to read in the site's help center about how to ask questions on Stack Overflow and what kind of questions are on-topic. This is not a free coding service or a tutorial site. It targets programmers who have specific questions about existing code they're working on. VBA can't do what you describe, although it could apply formatting to an entire document before saving or printing, for example. Other than that it would be necessary to create an environment that restricts users' actions. To get started on that topic it would be better to ask in an end-user venue, such as SuperUser

  • Dear Cindy, thank you so much for your answer. I can see that I put my question in the wrong community though. Sorry for that, I am definitely no programmer nor SuperUser. Best regards Mike
