Building GTKmm on Visual Studio 2017

Building GTKmm on Visual Studio 2017



I have been trying to build GTKmm3 on Visual Studio 2017 for quite some time now. I downloaded the source, and was trying to build the given solution, but I was getting a massive number of syntax errors, which I found peculiar. Practically all online help I saw was outdated and used versions of GTK where there were prebuilt binaries available. Does anyone have experience with this?
