Pandas Dataframe does not allow selection by index

Pandas Dataframe does not allow selection by index

I am not sure why is this happening:

enter image description here

Works:

miez['month'].head()
5120 201904
5121 201904
5122 201904
5123 201904
5124 201904
Name: month, dtype: int64

Does not work:

miez['file_size'].head()

I am not sure what I am missing. Pandas version 0.23.

Solution: As it was suggested in the comment section the index field names have white spaces in them this is why it does not work.

miez.columns
Index(['month', ' file_name', ' file_size'], dtype='object')

Can you post the output of df.columns? You probably have whitespace

df.columns

You absolutely right, I do have white spaces. Thanks!
