Laravel php artisan serve bug “²”

When do:
C:UsersGM313boulangerie>php artisan serve,
I have:



² Laravel development server started: <http://127.0.0.1:8000>



I don't understand why the "²" be here.
The problem is that I see "²" at bottom of each page.
